How long is a Bachelor degree programme in the UK?

In England, Wales and Northern Ireland they normally last 3 years for an arts, business, humanities, law, management or social sciences degree, and can be anything from 3-6 years for an engineering, medical or scientific degree. In Scotland, degree programmes are normally one year longer, eg. 4 years for a social science degree.
