On-Going Student Support

Once you have submitted your application/s, you will receive on-going support for the duration of the application process. This will include interview advice, understanding the offers you receive and then finally selecting which offers to accept.

When you receive your school or university results, you will also receive support if you need to contact universities about the confirmation of your place and any other issues which may arise such as accommodation, funding and welfare.

This support will be available via telephone, SMS (text) message and email. However, should a further Counselling Session be required, then this can be arranged on an individual basis.
